João Polido
João Polido is a composer and artist releasing and performing music under the name Polido. He has released Água Ao Moinho (2018), a 40-minute piece sampling the Portuguese musicians that were active throughout the 70s and other sound sources reflecting on the revolution and class struggle in that period. Polido maintains an active collaboration with Louis Henderson and has worked as a sound director and/or composer for the films of Romana Schmalisch & Robert Schlicht, Marte Eknæs & Michael Amstad, and Filipa César.
